If we had known the psychotic nature hidden behind those empty eyes, I’m sure we would have done more than just roast them up on Thanksgiving. Instead of rub-bing salt on them and garnishing with herbs, we would have instead pumped a few rounds into them and tossed their bodies onto a pyre. If we’d only known the extent of rage within those bastards, all of this could have been avoided.

But no, we didn’t know, and it wasn’t avoided. We laughed as presidents provided pardons year after year, none the wiser that turkeys would be having the last laugh in the end. No, as the world burns, we all huddle in the shadows trying to avoid the festive birds as they hunt.

The world didn’t go out with a bang. It went out with a gobble.

A Murder Most Fowl is a scenario where the world wakes up to find turkeys are no longer under humanity on the pecking order. Something has twisted this Thanksgiving main course into something feral, hungry, and most of all, dangerous. As people turn over tables filled with sweet potatoes, greens, and pies in order to block the front door, turkeys roam the streets in a never-ending quest to sate their newfound blood thirst.
